Never a Dull Moment!!!

Last night we were sitting here and Macy wouldn't be quiet, don't know where she gets that from.. I said "Macy, would you please hush for a minute.." She looked at me and said "Mom, take a CHILL PILL!!!" What??? Are you kidding me??? I almost fell out in the floor laughing at her. You never know what is gonna come out of that little one's mouth! Well, it has actually been kindof quiet at our house for the past 2 weeks! Nothing really much going on and I am NOT complaining at all....

I am so ready to go to the beach and I still have a month and a half to wait. We are going back to Gulf Shores and I can't wait. Macy had a blast at the beach last year and I am sure this year will be even better. Guess we will just stay and hang out at the pool until BEACH TIME!!!

Picky Little Eater and My Caught A Fish!!!

I have to tell you what my crazy kid said the other day.. If I don't write it down I will totally forget about it. Her teacher at Daycare told me that the other day at lunch, they had Broccoli for lunch and that Macy ate everything on her plate but didn't touch the broccoli. She asked Macy if she was gonna eat it and Macy replied to her " NO, I don't eat BUSHES!!!!" That little girl is a TRIP! She is always coming up with the funniest things.

We also took her fishing for the first time a couple weekends ago and she had the best time.. She got SO excited when she caught the first one. She said " Look Mama, MY caught a fish!!" Just priceless!

Well, I guess that is all for now...

Ready to see sun again...

This little girl loves water.. Whether it is every night trying to get her OUT of the bathtub or waiting for a pretty day so she can swim... She loves it. Can't wait for the rain to get out of here so we can get outside again and she can play!

Here is Macy with her Pigtails in her hair... I just love it, even though it is a battle for me to get her to sit still long enough to put it up!!! She is just growing so fast and every day is something new!

What a Wonderful Mothers Day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day. Wendell made waffles for breakfast and then Macy and I headed to my mama's to spend the day with her. We just played around the house and enjoyed spending time together... Macy told her mamaw that she wanted to get me a cake and Mama went to Coldstone Creamery and got a Mothers Day cake which consisted of LOTS of ice cream and strawberries and yellow cake.. OH HOW YUMMY!!!! So much for my diet!





I am also posting a pic of Macy from the other night. She was playing in her room and got awful quiet so I went to check on her and found her passed out in her bed with her Mary Jane shoes on. This child LOVES shoes... Any accessory and she is good to go. I guess she is my child after all.


Oh I almost forgot.. We have a new member of our family.. Her name is Lady and she was adopted from The Columbus Humane Society. She is such a playful little thing. Macy just loves her and she is sooo good with Macy. She doesn't bite her or scratch. She is very laid back just rolls with the flow.
Well, gotta go get Macy out of the bathtub- have a great week.

Ok- so I am new to this.. I just felt like since I haven't written in Macy's baby book since she was about 9 months old, I better get started writing down all the hillarious things she does and says these days...

She is such a little mess. The things that she comes up with everyday just amaze me. Who knew my little one would be so funny!!!

She decided the other night that since Wendell blew up her boat that she used LAST year in the pool that it was time to swim again... But who needs water????
